About Fasteners Association of India

Fasteners Association of India was incorporated in Early 2017 to formally represent as well as provide direction to the Indian Fastener Industry as the umbrella organisation. With a clear mission of providing services for improvement in skill, technology, business promotion and working for the betterment of the Fastener Industry in India especially manufacturers.

India's first Fastener Training Institute in conjunction with a very reputed technical training centre - EVA Positive at Bhubaneshwar was inaugurated on 8th May 2017 with the first batch of students successfully placed in Industry already. Students having ITI, Diplomas or Degrees, have completed a structured theoretical & practical training program. Over time, more such Training Institutes are planned across the country. The response from the Indian Fastener Industry has been overwhelming to this initiative.

The Associations's other key activities include :

    • - Organising Seminars, conferences & workshops on topics technical or Industry related
    • - Working with EEPC/ITPO for International Fair India Pavilions where subsidy can be provided to Exhibitors as well as NSIC for domestic Fastener Fairs.
    • - Building a Technical Data & Safety Library which will be accessible to Members.
    • - Market intelligence data collection & trend analysis for the Indian Fastener Industry
    • - Social Media promotion for the association and Industry
    • - Dispute Redressal as arbitrator for delayed payments, non-payments or disputes

    The stage is set to drive the Indian Fastener Industry into a new era where quality products & cost competitiveness can empower the Industry to greater heights in the International Markets.
