Members can send their complaints by email to info@fastenindia.com or on below form. Further process suggested will be as follows :

FAI sub committee in charge of dispute redressal will review complaints regarding non payments, delayed payments & other disputes

FAI will write to debtor for their justification and payment disposition plan

If no response from Debtor, FAI will suggest complainant write to MSEFC or suggest to Member to go for litigation process

Finally it can inform all Members of Defaulter so they can supply at their own risk where the company name will be broadcast on the social media group.

Complaints of unfair practices or Cartels can also be reviewed & If justified, will be reported to Competition Commission of India (CCI)
